I began my career in massage therapy in 2011. Like most therapists, I wanted to see every person I could. Over the first years, I realized that in order to master my craft, I would need to narrow my vision and focus on creating a practice to help a specific group of needs. I found that my true passion is helping those with chronic pain and acute injuries. Since that realization, I have gathered tools and studied modalities to specifically enhance my skills in these areas and am excited to share them with my clients.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive an intake form in your email which will allow me to start planning ahead to address the issues you are experiencing. When you come in, you will receive a customized treatment, tailored to your needs. This will help you achieve relief and facilitate a healthier lifestyle. All of my therapeutic massage sessions include any therapeutic tools or modalities that I feel are necessary to appropriately address the problems we discuss. I believe in using all of the techniques and tools that I have learned over the course of my career to get the job done.
Just as massage is a tool to help heal, sometimes our body needs some extra help from good nutrition. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I have found that nutrition helps with recovery. I provide one-on-one nutrition coaching that can be scheduled by itself or as part of a treatment plan with massage therapy.
